Event Review: Thyroid Ultrasound Workshop at PIT Tiroidologi Bandung 2-4 August 2019

We are proud to have supported basic thyroid ultrasound workshop organized by PINASTI (Indonesia Thyroid Association) in Bandung 2-4 August 2019.

For this workshop we brought our latest premium system Canon Aplio i600, Aplio 500, Xario 200 and Xario 100MX ultrasound systems for doctors to have hands on experience.

Furthermore, the key features of our Ultrasound system that were highlighted by the lecturer for thyroid assessment are

Micropure and Strain Elastography. Micropure allows doctors to detect and visualize microcalcification in the thyroid. While Strain Elastography helps doctor to quantify tissue stiffness in the thyroid.

We hope this workshop enables doctors to gain more knowledge and confidence to use ultrasound for thyroid assessment in their daily clinical practice.
