• Job Title: Field Service Engineer- Medical Equipment

• Area Coverage:  All

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on-site troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, repairs and commissioning of medical products.

• Provide periodic maintenance on customer’s installations to ensure equipment continues to perform.

• Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and update service logs and documentation.

• Product coverage may include (CT Scan, CR/DR, Xray Machine, Linear Accelator and others).

 

 

Job Qualification

• Minimum 2 years experience in Field Service Engineer

• Male maximum age 30 years.

• Must be familiar with technical processes and procedures and able to read electrical diagram and computer networking

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair down to component level using basic test equipment

• Good communication and strong customer service skill

• Possess good analytical and problem solving skill

• Have own car or motorcycle with valid SIM A/SIM B

• Proficient in Indonesian and English
