Job Title:  Assistant Project Manager

 

Location: DKI Jakarta

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and aid him/her in planning, reviewing, and ensuring that the project is completed in compliance with the methodologies, procedures, and policies.

• Assist the project management and centralization in keeping track of the project's progress.

• Throughout the project, collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, analyze, monitor, and plan risk mitigation.

• On a regular basis, prepare reports on project progress and restrictions.

• Ensure that the project is finished on time by creating and developing a Project Management system that meets industry standards.

 

Job Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Architect/Electrical/Civil Engineering

• Proficient in English

• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field

• Familiar with coordinating, reporting, planning, and document creation

• Possess strong analytical and communication abilities

• Understand and be able to create process procedures, often known as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or process flows.
